Holden

This complex ground-up construction custom home required a great deal of site work and heavy coordination with multiple sub contractors, vendors, suppliers and the designers that spanned several years.

The structural concrete at the beginning of the project was intended to be exposed at the finish, requiring a holistic construction process and sequence.  You can see every stage of the construction from the exposed structural concrete and structural steel, to the custom wood and finish work.

Filled with custom touches, this house showcases many of our talents.  From the cast-in-place polished concrete bonsai bowl that surrounds the preserved pre-existing oak tree at the entry, to the custom steel hand rails and corten landings, the board-form concrete with custom knockouts, field glazed custom windows, custom steel bookcases, and reclaimed old-growth redwood stair treads and finish woodwork from the Willits bridge, this home required attention and focus that only comes from loving what we do.
